Local Decision Making is an initiative of the NSW Government’s community focussed plan for Aboriginal affairs, OCHRE (Opportunity, Choice, Healing, Responsibility and Empowerment). Local Decision Making is built on the principle of self-determination and giving Aboriginal communities say in determining what and how services are delivered to their communities.
